What is a fashion designer?
A fashion designer is a creative and technical professional who designs clothing within a specific theme for a specific purpose and a specific market. Here are some examples of what a fashion designer creates, which range from everyday clothes to precious metal jewelry in various prices, shapes and sizes: t-shirts, evening dresses, costumes, jackets, socks, career suits, baby outfits, denims, maternity clothes, hats, jogging clothes, bandanas and scarves, umbrellas, glass bead jewelry, shorts, swimsuits, beach wears, uniforms, shoes, etc.

If you envision yourselves getting paid to dress people and make them feel good, work with the most talented and creative people in the industry, get your name franchised internationally, find it on billboards all over subway stations, hang out with the world& #8217;s most stylish people (celebrities or ordinary people with discriminating tastes), and most importantly, earn a six, or even, seven-figure income annually, then you have the Fashion Designer's Fever.

Now, we have our very own club! A community where we can interact with designers as ourselves and talk of same interests. Whether you draw or take pictures of anything fashion-oriented, you belong with us.

Rules:
- You either have to be a fashion designer or a fan of fashion designs. In other words, you love clothes.
- You are willing to put the club avatar on your page. And it will help if you placed a link in your signature.
- It would be great if you comment on the designs of the other fans of the club
- Add +devwatch to the club.

Perks:
- You get your designs commented on by the organizers and members of the club.
- Every new member will be on +devwatch of the club.
- Favorite designs will be +fav for a span of time until other deserving deviations sprout.
- The club will be featuring a "Designer of the Week" where we post all your new designs for more exposure Remember, leave comments on the designer's work, when your time comes, you'll get lots of comments too.
- You get to meet other designers here in DA.

Joining:
- Send a note stating that you want to join.
- The levels are:
Designers [for the serious artists]
Fashionistas [for the members who don't design clothes but appreciates them]
Sketchers [for the inactive members who just wants to be updated on the latest fashion trends]
- Under each levels are categories which you'll see fit. Example: Designers [Formal wear, Casual wear, Concept outfits, etc.] Fashionista [Goth watchers, Cosplay watchers, etc.]
- Include in the note in which category you would like to be placed. If you are undecided in which group you should join, let the Organizers pick it out for you based on the type of designs you have in your gallery.
- Please expect a mercy period on which we can evaluate your gallery.
- You will receive a confirmation note when your application gets accepted.

Submissions:
- All designs will be added in the "Member's Designs" area.
- Just send a note with the link of your fashion design.

Contests:
- All members automatically registers as a contestant.
- New contests will be held every month.
- The winner will be chosen by votation from members.
